While there is no shortage of Italian ristorante in Nagoya, most tend to offer recipes from the Old Country, as it were, following the regional styles of Italy. And there is some fine, fine fare to be had, for sure.

Every October, we offer a seasonal turkey dinner plate (with all the trimmings) over the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday weekend. And it is always a holiday weekend since Canadian Thanksgiving falls annually on the 2nd Monday in October which coincides with Sports Day in Japan.
